In designing our unique menu of artisan pizza, we took every opportunity to find alternative, local sources for our raw ingredients. From locally milled grains to meats and cheeses, the food industry is alive and well, and we've made it a standard to support those in and around our small community.
Our Local Purveyors
Located in Jefferson, Colorado, Eagle Rock Ranch raise all natural, hormone and antibiotic free Black Angus cattle. Visit their Mercantile, or stop by the ranch to learn all that they do. We utilize their amazing ground beef to add a well deserved depth of flavor to our meatballs and bolognese sauce.
Western Daughters, located in Denver, Colorado, are whole animal heritage butchers committed to humane and pastured life for the animals. With these ethics in mind, we gratefully make the drive to Denver and bring their quality meat to use in our food, sharing their passion with our guests.
Situated in Boulder, Colorado, Moxie Bread Company's Feed and Seed location freshly mills grains sourced directly from family farms across Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota, prioritizing organic heirloom varieties for their nutrient density and complexity of flavor. We proudly use their grains in our sourdough pizza crust and elsewhere on the menu.
